What we collect
When you submit a demo or contact enquiry, we store your name, business name, email address, phone number, business type and message, along with the page you sent it from and the time. Please do not include patient records, medical information, tax records or passwords.
How it is processed
Your enquiry is saved securely in the Sevai24 system so our team can respond. Where text notifications are set up, a short message goes to a member of the team through Twilio. It includes your business name, business type, name and phone number, but not your full message. If the notification cannot be sent, your enquiry is still kept.
Cookies and analytics
The site stores your cookie choice in your browser. Analytics or tag-manager scripts load only if they have been set up and you choose to accept them. See our cookie information.
How long we keep it
To be confirmed. A retention period for website enquiries has not yet been approved. Until it is, enquiries are kept so the team can respond.
