Is there a free trial?
Yes. New customers start with a 14-day trial. 100 minutes of call time are included. No payment details are needed to start. After your demonstration, the Sevai24 team sets up your account and your trial begins. There is no online sign-up, so you are never enrolled by accident.
What happens when the trial ends?
New calls pause until a plan is agreed. Your dashboard, call history, transcripts and bookings stay available. If you need longer to decide, the Sevai24 team can discuss extending your trial.
How are call minutes charged?
Each plan includes a set number of minutes. Additional minutes are charged at the rate shown with the plan. Sevai24 does not offer unlimited calls, and the pricing page shows the figures openly.
What happens when included minutes are exceeded?
Additional minutes are charged at the additional-minute rate for your plan. That rate is published on the pricing page.
Is there a minimum contract?
